Dances & Funnies: Nov 3-7
Talk about dance? Dance is not something to talk about. Dance is to dance. - Peter St. James
The Swing City Halloween Birthday Bash was a blast - a sold out event with amazing costumes, fun music and incredible energy. I think I frightened a few people when I took my pants off in the middle of the workshop though - not a regular occurrence at a dance... Yes, the exposed neon tights were scary, but the looks on several faces were worth it. Technically, my costume was that of a modern day Harlequin or Jester - letting my inner colourful character out. Pictures were taken - so now is the time to be very afraid. If you have pictures from the dance please forward them to me as others might like to see them. Also, I inherited a water bottle at the end of the night - let me know if it is yours.
There is no Swing City dance this Friday - we resume with a new format on Friday the 13th.

And a little lightness to start your week:
