Dances hosted by John de Pfyffer
My dances encompass a variable mix of social, international, latin and swing dancing, dependent on the venue and occasion.
The dances usually include a workshop intended to enhance the dancing of both beginners and advanced dancers.
Swing City is held most Fridays at the Victoria Edelweiss Club, 108 Niagara with a workshop from 8 to 9pm and a social dance following from 9 to 11pm. Cost is $10pp.
Club Revue Ballroom Dances are usually held on the last Saturday of each month from September to November and January to June at Cadboro Bay United Church, 2625 Arbutus Road from 8 to 10:30pm. These dates are subject to change so it is best to join my mailing list for up to date information on these and other dances.

Cruises hosted by John de Pfyffer & Carla MacGillivray
Occasionally, my wife, Carla, and I host a dance cruise to some exotic locale. We have hosted nine incredibly fun dance cruises to date and look forward to hosting several more.
If you love to dance, and to extend your dancing, why not consider a more exotic dancing venue and sign up for the next sailing.
We will host two cruises to Northern Europe in August, 2016 and a cruise to the Caribbean in February, 2017 to celebrate my 30th anniversary of teaching in Victoria. If you would like more information on these dance cruises please contact me at email@example.com.
Dancers from our first Mediterranean Cruise outside the library in Ephesus, Turkey in 2014 moments before dancing in the 2400 year old Great Theatre.
How to celebrate Canada Day - dancers on our second Mediterranean Cruise climbed a mountain in Kotor, Montenegro just to dance at the top.
These same dancers climbed a few stairs on the ship as well.
